Refund and cancellation policy
This page summarises when you pay, how cancelling works and when money is refunded. The terms of service apply in full.
Before you approve: nothing to pay
Ordering and the sample sites are free. Until you approve your site and pay, nothing is charged and you can stop at any time. Ask us at support@mintinajllc.com and we delete your order and your account.
When you approve
You see the exact price before approving. After approval, the setup fee and the first month are due. You can edit your site yourself as often as you like; two rounds of changes by our team are included.
Cancelling the subscription
The subscription has a minimum term of 24 months from your first payment. After that you can cancel at any time by writing to support@mintinajllc.com.
If you cancel before the 24 months end, the remaining months of the minimum term are due.
When you leave after the minimum term, you receive your site as a ZIP file and your domain is transferred to you.
Refunds
If you were charged by mistake, for example twice or a wrong amount, we refund the difference to the original payment method.
For any other request, write to support@mintinajllc.com with your order reference; we reply within one business day. Costs paid to third parties at cost (for example a domain registration) can be refunded only if the provider refunds them to us.
