Who is responsible

What the order form collects and why
We collect only what you type or choose in the forms. We use it to prepare your website, to contact you about your order and to prepare a price quote. Nothing is charged when you send a form.

The custom order form collects your description of what you need, your email, any reference links you add, and the names of files you select (again, the files are not uploaded). We use them to reply with a separate price quote.
Technical data
- The date and time the form was sent.
- A one-way, salted hash of your IP address, stored with the order to help detect abuse. We do not store your IP address itself in the order file.
- To limit abuse, our server keeps IP addresses in memory for a few minutes (rate limiting). They are not written to disk by the application.
- Your browser stores your chosen language and background style on your own device (local storage). This is not sent to us.
- The page loads fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com), so Google receives your IP address and browser details when you open the page.
- Our hosting provider (Railway) processes connection data to run the website.
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
No payment data
Online payment is not connected yet. The forms do not ask for and we do not collect any card or bank details. We will contact you by email to continue.
Files
Files (logos, plans, attachments) are not uploaded through the website at this stage. After you order, we ask you for them by email.
How long we keep it
Proposed, to be confirmed at legal review: order and request records are kept for as long as needed to handle them. If you become a customer, we keep them for the duration of the contract and then for the period required by tax and accounting law. Records that do not lead to an order are deleted within 12 months.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the website and deliver your site (for example hosting and, later, domain registration), or when the law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can object to its use. If you are in the European Union, the EEA or the United Kingdom, you have these rights under the GDPR and you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
